Since 2017, Fourplay Theatre has brought the great tradition of the British Pantomime to Paris with a serious of ever-more ambitious original scripts written by Chris Newens and edited by Alice Brace.

It all began with a mash-up of Cinderella and Hamlet, followed by Snow White and the Seven Deadly Dwarfs, Beauties and the Beasts (which was brought back the following year for a surprisingly successful Covid Zoom edition), Romeo and Juliet the Pantomime, The Little Mermaid the Pantomime, Troy the Pantomime and the hotly anticipated sequel, The Odyssey the Pantomime.
